The Founder & Coach 

My name is Tahlia, and I bring over six years of experience in the health and fitness industry. I’ve been a certified Personal Trainer for three years, with a background that began in group fitness coaching. I’ve worked alongside a physiotherapist as a rehabilitation PT and held a head coach position within a clinical setting. My experience spans one-on-one coaching, face-to-face training, and both small and large group environments. Known as the face and name of the gym, I’m recognised for my high-energy presence, leadership, and ability to deliver results while creating an empowering training environment.
